What are the payment options?

You can pay via the following options:

1. Cash

2. Cheque

For Cash and Cheque payment, we do need a deposit of 30% of order value upon confirmation.

How long does it take to deliver the order to my house?

For common items where we have in stock, it'll take about a week from Order Confirmation. For non-stock items, it'll take 2-4 weeks from Order Confirmation.

I don't live in Singapore, can I purchase the instruments from your website?

The price listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars, delivered to Singapore Address only. For exceptional case, we do process orders outside Singapore (i.e. to Indonesia etc), however the price will not be as what is listed on the website as we need to incorporate the shipment & customs duties to the destination countries. Please use the Wish List to send a request (your interest product, destination country etc), we will generate a separate quotation to you.
